Nozzle Nolen offers several Green treatment options, including A.N.T. (All Natural Treatment), environmentally friendly products, and service options for general household pests, lawn pests, and termites. Nozzle Nolen was the first pest control company in Florida to achieve Green Shield Service Certification from the IPM Institute of North America. Nozzle Nolen also has QualityPro Green Certification from the National Pest Management Association. All of Nozzle Nolen’s services are targeted and customized to each customer’s needs and pests so as to take care of the problem pests quickly, efficiently, and with minimal impact on beneficial plants and insects. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs use current information on the life cycles of pests and their interaction with the environment. This information combined with current pest control technology is used to manage pest damage with the least possible hazard to people, property, and the environment.
The IPM approach can be applied to both agricultural and non-agricultural settings, such as the home, garden, and workplace. IPM takes advantage of all appropriate pest management options including, but not limited to, the judicious use of pesticides. Nozzle Nolen employs IPM programs and believes that these practices are part and parcel with Green services.
It is important to remember that there are also beneficial insects which are instrumental in maintaining a natural, ecological balance. It is only when insects invade our homes or threaten the health of our family or property that they become pests.
